We are a group of talented people, very creative, diverse, inspired, determined, and with the desire to disrupt the medical tourism industry being run today. We are an Internet and Mobile Association of India (Govt of India) incubated company that helps connecting international medical travellers to the right healthcare providers in 6 countries.   • Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Define the Business Development and Sales Strategy in collaboration with Marketing Team
  • Smoothen the Sales Cycle and processes and ensure healthy relationships with retail partners
  • Manage Operations of the Sales Channel.
  • Have a plan to scale up the retail channel based on supply of devices
  • Define Monitor and Improve quality metrics of the channel
  • Motivate and drive performance from the channel
  • Identify new market opportunities and capitalize on them

Desired Profile

  • Experience: 6+ years
  • Education: B.Tech Mandatory MBA Marketing preferred
  • Proven experience as a Sales manager – Candidate should have lead sales, channel management, Sales Operations,

Compliance and Promotion for a related or comparable domain across metro. Tier I and II markets.

  • Hands – on Channel Development from adding retail partners to managing them.
  • Experience managing a high performance sales team
  • Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills and a problem solving attitude
  • Have hard and relevant experience in Sales planning
  • Candidate from Telecom Sales (Network, Handset Accessories etc) would be preferred. (
